Why haven't I been approved?

Once you submit all required information, our team will review your application. Delays, if any, are typically due to the verification of information. Completing the onboarding screens as accurately as possible is the best way to get approved quickly. If our team is missing any information, you will be notified and asked to provide it as soon as possible.

Additionally, we aim to onboard carriers at a rate that meets local demand. Some carriers may not get approved until there is enough work available in their zone.

Once approved, you will immediately be able to receive load offers in the Mothership app.
