What happens if I don't have service at a stop?

You can still complete a stop if you've lost service once you've entered the geofence of your stop location.

As long as you are able to load or unload, you can still complete a stop if you've lost service or your phone is struggling to connect to the internet. Once you've entered the geofence of your stop location, you have the ability to complete a stop in offline mode.

What can I do in offline mode?

  • View stop details

  • Manually mark you've arrived

  • Complete applicable pickup steps

  • Complete applicable delivery steps

What can't I do in offline mode?

  • Accept new loads

  • View new load offers

  • Contact support via in-app chat

Once your service is restored, any actions taken in offline mode will sync automatically.
